Celina, Texas is a small town with big ideals. And connection is the foundation that it builds upon as it continues to grow. More people, more businesses, better infrastructure  and a new history. And it is in that connection that makes this town unique.

I was hired to create an identity that reflects the connection that has always lived there.

The people of Celina are passionate and are city proud. And for good reason. The heart symbol is synonymous with emotion, passion and is recognizable beyond boundaries. This abstract composition is up for interpretation. There are two C’s to represent Connect Celina, but it also can look like a person, opening his or her arms. Just like a community that welcomes new growth, new opportunity for a new age.
